In alignment with the nature of our products, Malaya Handcrafted Goodies does not accept returns. Our cookies are baked to order and are perishable, which means we cannot restock or resell them once they have been delivered.

For Shipped Orders

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned.

No Refunds or Replacements

We do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect addresses, lost or damaged items. Please understand that once the package leaves our facility, it is under the courier’s responsibility.

Address Changes

Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If you need to update the shipping address, you must contact the shipping company directly with your shipping information to request the change. We cannot refund packages returned to us due to this.
