Food Allergen Warning

Please do not consume any of our products if you have any allergies. All our products may contain gluten, wheat, eggs, corn, tree nuts, peanuts and dairy. We do our best to avoid cross contamination, but we do not guarantee it.

Please, if in doubt, do not take risk if there is a risk of allergic reaction. We never advise consumption of our cookies if you have any food allergies.

Malaya Handcrafted Goodies is not liable for any allergic reactions that may occur as a result of consuming our cookies.

How Big Are Your Cookies?

We make Junior and Higante Cookies in small batches by hand. Each Higante Cookie is approximately 6 ounces and is great for sharing. One Junior Cookie is good for a single serving only. It is smaller than our signature Higante Cookie and equally delicious!

Cookie Care

All our Higante and Junior Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 10 days unless otherwise stated on the product page. If you would like like to save them for later, we recommend individually wrapping them and storing them in the freezer up to 3 months.

*Frozen Higante Cookies – When ready to eat, warm your cookies in a 350°F oven for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.

*Frozen Junior Cookies – When ready to eat, warm your cookies in a 350°F oven for 2-5 minutes or until heated through.

*Room Temperature Junior and Higante Cookies – Warm your cookies in 350°F oven for a few minutes or until heated through.

Please do not store your cookies in the refrigerator. It will lead to hard, dried out cookie.

Are Any of Your Products Vegan and or Gluten Free?

We apologize, but as of now, none of our products is vegan or gluten-free.

Nationwide Shipping

**WARM WEATHER ADVISORY: Cookies will not be packed in insulated boxes or with ice packs. For warmer temperatures, we recommend keeping a close eye on the tracking information and having someone available to receive the delivery. We are unavailable to request where and when the package is delivered. If your cookies arrive warm from the journey, they will still be delicious and safe to enjoy.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept PayPal, Venmo and major credit cards.

Please make sure the billing information is correct before submitting your order. Declined payments may result in extra authorization holds (these will drop off within 5-10 business days).

Can I Hold or Schedule My Order?

At this time, we are not able to hold or schedule an order for specific shipping/delivery day. All orders are shipped on Wednesdays thru Fridays only. From there, the time in transit depends on the shipping option chosen at checkout.

Do You Accept Returns?

Given the perishable nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns.

Where is My Order?

You will get an email confirmation immediately after you place your order and receive another email with tracking information once your order is being processed for shipment (Wednesdays through Fridays of the order week).

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder and add malayagoodies@gmail.com to your safe senders list.

How Do I Cancel an Order?

As long as your order has not been processed with a label, shoot us an email at malayagoodies@gmail.com with your order number and request to cancel and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

Can I Change the Shipping Address?

If your order has not been shipped, please send us over the new address to malayagoodies@gmail.com so we can make the change for you!
