Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to assist with order cancellations under the following conditions:
• Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed.

• To cancel an order, please contact us before your order is processed. Typically, orders are processed within 3-4 business days after placement.

• If you wish to cancel your order during this window, please reach out to us immediately, and we will confirm if the cancellation is possible.

For Shipped Orders

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned.

No Refunds or Replacements

We do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect addresses, lost or damaged items. Please understand that once the package leaves our facility, it is under the courier’s responsibility.
