We followed the reheating instructions on the back of the thank you card, and the cookies came out perfectly warm and soft.
I was expecting the cookies to be broken during transport since we live out of state but the packaging was great! None of the cookies were even cracked or chipped.

Overall. I would rate this 10/10! The cookies, its gigantic, moist, delish. Plus the packaging and the service are great! I would buy some again for sure!
